Roto Charge Multi Head Depositor
Roto Charge MHD offers our customers a highly versatile super-fast & accurate way of depositing a large variety of products. We have combined proven technologies & add controllable logic to supply efficient & consistent depositing across multiple heads.
Main Attributes
Versatility. The configuration of the depositor (chamber number and spacing) can easily be changed by the operator and can range from just a couple of chambers to 15 or more (special order).
Speed. The depositor is capable of approximately one shot per second for small deposits. For a 6 head machine that is about 20,000 per/hr.
Accuracy. The deposit weight across the chambers is identical and very accurate, it can be changed at the touch of a button on the touchscreen. The deposit weight can be from 10 gram to infinity.
Reliability. Some of our machines have been in service for over two years we have monitored component wear closely. All components have proven to survive well in the harshest bakery environments.
Clean ability. The depositor can be washed fully set up by flushing between flavor changes or it can simply be stripped into its smaller components. This makes washing the depositor easy and effective.
User friendly. Our highly mobile height adjustable frame allows this depositor fit into any production process. Its can either be integrated into your line on our smart conveyor or manually using a foot pedal.
Filling variety. The special design of our hex-lobe makes it suitable for a wide variety of fillings. The large chamber space minimizes particulate damage in chunky fillings.
A tri-lobe setup is available for delicate large chunky fillings.
The depositor is suitable for both hot and cold fillings (+1 to 80 degrees c)
Pressure hopper. The depositor is capable of pumping most fillings (flowing/slumping) directly from the hopper. Firmer fillings can be deposited or extruded using our pressure hopper in conjunction with our smart pump.

Roto Charge Smart Pump
Roto Charge SP is a multipurpose transfer pump that can be utilized for Hopper recharging, Chamber supply or simple Hand Depositing. Roto Charge SP can be wheeled into position & pump direct from any container, our simple to operate touch screen makes production quick & efficient.
Our special design places the pump body at the lowest part fully immersed in the fillings enables it to be pushing fillings rather than sucking them. This ensures that the pump will never lose its prime and this guarantees continuous accurate deposit weights.
The touch screen/ servo control makes the unit very user friendly wether using it as a transfer pump to keep the hopper of the multi head depositor charged or using it as an individual hand depositor.
As a hand depositor simply dial up the desired deposit weight on the touch screen.
The smart pump is easy to strip for cleaning and reassemble.
Roto Charge Hopper Pump
Our Hopper Pump is a transfer pump that can be utilized for Hopper topping directly from Mixing blow or any other tub.
Roto Charge HP can be wheeled into position & pump direct from any container, our simple to operate System makes production quick & efficient.
Our special design places the pump body at the lowest part fully immersed in the fillings enables it to be pushing fillings rather than sucking them. This ensures that the pump will never lose its prime.
Simple Control System makes the unit very user friendly as a transfer pump to keep the hopper full, auto filling sensor allows you to set & forget.
The hopper pump is easy to strip for cleaning and reassembly supplied with quick release fittings.
